What Diamond Recognises
LS Retail's Diamond tier is the top level in the partner programme. It is earned annually on three measures: certified consultant headcount in LS Central and Business Central, recent customer go-lives across formats (retail, F&B, fuel, pharmacy), and customer-attested outcomes from CSAT and case-study evidence. The bar moves up each year as LS Retail adds capability — meaning a Diamond partner in 2023 is not the same as a Diamond partner in 2020.

What 2023 Looked Like for Novasoft Retail
The 2023 award reflected three years of disciplined work in the LS Retail practice. Key milestones included expansion of the Riyadh team to cover full-cycle KSA delivery, certification of additional consultants in LS Central forecourt + fuel retail, and the launch of multiple connector apps (Deliverect, Urban Piper, Planet Tax) on the Microsoft AppSource marketplace. The retail practice today extends through the retail industry hub and the LS Retail practice page.
