Questions teams ask before a transformation programme.

How long does a typical digital transformation take?
Phase 1 (Discover) runs 2-3 weeks. Phase 2 (Build) ranges from 6-8 weeks for a single Business Central deployment to 6-12 months for a full multi-entity, multi-country programme covering ERP + cloud + M365 + AI. We always deliver in 4-8 week sprints so business value lands continuously, not just at the end.
Do you replace our existing systems or work alongside them?
Both. We’ve done full replacements (NAV/GP/Oracle/SAP → Microsoft) and co-existence scenarios where Microsoft is added to your existing estate with integrations. The discovery workshop helps decide which path fits your business case best.
What about data migration from legacy systems?
Data migration is part of every Build phase. We’ve built reusable migration toolkits for NAV, GP, SAP, Oracle, Sage, Tally and custom databases. Historical transaction data preservation, master data cleansing, and parallel-run validation are standard.
How do you handle ZATCA Phase 2 and UAE e-Invoicing?
Both are built into our Business Central localisation, fully tested in the FATOORA and FTA sandboxes. ZATCA Phase 2 invoices get stamped, archived and reported in real time. UAE FTA e-Invoicing readiness is included from go-live.
Can you embed Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI agents into the transformation?
Yes. We deploy Microsoft 365 Copilot, build custom Copilot Studio agents, and embed Azure OpenAI workflows into Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Our Purchase Co-Pilot and Retail Co-Pilot are AppSource-listed AI add-ons running with live customers today.
What happens after go-live?
